At Gem of the Valley Doula Services, I provide compassionate personalized support for families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I am in-network with several insurance plans including Medi-Cal, IEHP Direct, CalOptima Health, TriWest and Kaiser. I also offer comprehensive birth support packages for private pay.

If you have a qualifying insurance plan, your doula visits are fully covered with no copay and no out-of-pocket costs. At this time, I am in-network with Medi-Cal, IEHP, TriWest, Kaiser and CalOptima Health.

Initial Prenatal Visit (90 minutes)
Comprehensive session to discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, and questions.
Prenatal Visit (60 minutes)
Ongoing support and guidance as you prepare for labor and delivery.
Ask Me Anything: Q&A with a Birth Doula
Focused session to answer questions about pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum care.
Induction Preparation
Guidance for preparing for a medically indicated or elective induction.
Childbirth Preparation Classes
Practical skills and knowledge to feel confident for labor, birth, and postpartum.
Virtual Birth Support
Remote guidance and support during labor for families unable to have in-person support.
In-Person Birth Support (Murrieta/Temecula)
Hands-on support during labor and delivery for families in the local area.
NOTE: In California, AB 904 requires health care plans offering maternity coverage to create a maternal and infant health equity program — which for many means doula services are now covered as a standard benefit when eligible. That means more insurance plans are starting to include full doula support at no cost to the member — no copay, and no out-of-pocket fees. Because many plans are still rolling this out, please contact your insurance provider directly to find out if doula coverage is available under your specific policy.

These services are available for families paying out-of-pocket. Please know I am happy to be flexible and offer payment plans. I can also provide a superbill for private pay clients, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Includes 2+ prenatal visits (2 hours each), in-person labor and delivery support, and 1 postpartum visit.
Virtual Doula Support for Pregnancy and Birth — $900
Includes 2+ prenatal visits, virtual labor and delivery support, and a virtual postpartum visit.

A focused session to answer questions and provide guidance for your birth journey.
